USDN lives on the Noble appchain built leveraging the Cosmos stack. Right now, USDN is available to purchase on Noble with USDC. In this blog, we’ll break down how to get USDC on Noble so that you can buy USDN and start earning real world yield. Let’s get into it: 

Step 0: Download a Cosmos Wallet

USDN is decentralized and not currently listed on any centralized exchanges. In order to earn yield or deposit to our rewards program you must have a Keplr wallet.

Setting up a Keplr wallet is easy: 

1. Visit Keplr.app in your browser

2. Add the Keplr extension to your browser. 

3. Open Keplr and create a new wallet

4. Write down your seed phrase in a SECURE location (do not ever share this)

That’s it! You now have a Keplr wallet. To view your wallet address (an important part of being able to send tokens to this wallet), simply click wallet, search Noble, and copy. 

Getting USDC to Noble via Coinbase. 

Going from dollars in your bank to earning yield on USDN is super easy with Coinbase. To start:  

1. Open Coinbase and search USDC. 

2. If you don’t have USDC, click the “Buy & Sell” button and buy some USDC. 

3. Once you have USDC in Coinbase, click “Transfer”

4. Click “Send”

5. Paste or type in your Noble wallet address

6. Choose send via “Noble”

7. Choose the amount you want to send

8. Click send now!

Voila! Your USDC should be available in your Keplr wallet almost immediately 😀

Getting USDC to Noble via Ethereum or Solana. 

Getting USDC to Noble via other chains is also easy using Noble Express. 

1. Visit express.noble.xyz

2. Click “Transfer Tokens”

3. Choose the network you wish to send your tokens from (ie. Arbitrum, Base, Solana)

4. Connect your origin wallet (ie. Metamask, Phantom)

5. Choose “Noble” as your destination

6. Click connect wallet

7. Choose the amount you wish to send

8. Click transfer!

Typical transaction time for cross-chain bridging takes ~18 minutes, so don’t sweat if your funds don’t show up automatically. If you want your funds asap, you can click on “fast” and receive your funds within a minute for a small fee. 

Buying USDN

Now that you have USDC in your noble wallet, getting USDN is easy. 

Simply visit dollar.noble.xyz and connect your Keplr wallet. 

1. Choose the amount of USDN you wish to buy 

2. Buy USDN! 

3. Sign transaction in wallet

Reminder: Always keep a little bit of USDC in your wallet to cover transaction costs. 

Now you have USDN and you’re ready to start earning. You’ll automatically earn 4.2% on your USDN just by holding it. If you want to earn points or boosted yield, visit points.noble.xyz and deposit USDN into either (or both!) vault(s).
